Stephanie & Nick Smith's Wedding | NOAH's Event Venue, Oklahoma City, OK | Oklahoma City Wedding Photographer | Michelle Valantine Photography

Stephanie and Nick’s first date was on a Sunday in a little, out-of-the-way Mexican café who is only open for lunch.  They sat there talking for three hours until they closed the restaurant down!  It wasn’t long before Nick proposed (on Stephanie’s birthday!), and then presented her with a gorgeous, custom-designed engagement rock-of-a-ring!

The couple chose to tie the knot on April 20, 2019, at NOAH’s Event Venue in Oklahoma City, accompanied by close friends and family.  Stephanie was a gorgeous bride in her swag sleeved, layered lace trumpet style wedding gown, carrying a beautiful, hot pink bouquet of roses, ranunculus and carnations.  The bridesmaids wore navy blue sleeveless evening dresses, and the groom was handsomely attired in a royal blue suit, pink tie, and fuchsia rose and pink carnation boutonniere.

After the ceremony, guests were invited to an Olive Garden buffet dinner while the bride and groom performed their first dance, parent dances, and then ending with a very special dance between Stephanie and her grandfather.  The scrumptious, four-tier cake was cut revealing a different flavor in each layer!  Stephanie made sure that the top layer, which will be enjoyed on their one-year anniversary, is chocolate and peanut butter!  The evening culminated with a sparkler exit, and this fun-loving, delightful couple were off the next day to enjoy their honeymoon in Aruba!
