Shea & Tyler met while she was in grad school at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, and he was in pilot training at Vance Air Force base in Enid. His roommate, who just happened to be Shea’s best friend’s boyfriend, invited him on a weekend trip to Stillwater. The stars were aligned, because every weekend after their first date that they were in the same state, they have spent together, and we are delighted to be celebrating their wedding day!
An intimate group of friends and family surrounded Shea and Tyler as they exchanged vows in the Heritage Room at the Ambassador Hotel located in the Midtown district of Oklahoma City. The private, top-story, floor to ceiling windowed room provided a breathtaking view of the City.
The bride was breathtaking in her classic, A-line wedding gown from Simply Elegant Dress Boutique. Shea’s jaw-dropping Stella York satin-chiffon wedding gown featured a scalloped lace train with a nude illusion back and buttons from neck to hip. Her dynamic floral bouquet was courtesy of the talented Howard Brothers Florist, and Amy Cakes provided the elegantly decorated watercolor single tier wedding cake featuring two different flavors…strawberry and vanilla, while the mother of the bride made the groom a scrumptious chocolate cake! Brushed Salon & Makeup Studio added the final, beautiful touches to this gorgeous bride. Cheers to Shea & Tyler as they begin their married life in Clovis, New Mexico, with their newest family member, Frea, a Bluetick Coonhound!
