Sarah & Tanner Wedding | The Springs Event Venue | Edmond, OK Wedding Photographer | Michelle Valantine Photography

Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.  Sarah looked like she could have stepped right out of a Vogue Bridal magazine as she floated down the stairs in her beautiful wedding gown: a fitted, sleeveless, delicate lace bodice above a floor-length skirt, comprised of yards and yards of whimsical, white organza.  Tanner looked dapper in his royal blue suit, paisley tie, white rose boutonniere, and fancy, wood-grained leather shoes.  The bridesmaids and maid-of-honor wore individually designed, pale-pink, floor-length gowns and carried small bouquets similar to the bride’s pastel bouquet of beautiful, blush and ivory roses and ranunculus.

The Springs Event Venue in Edmond, OK, with its rustic and elegant accommodations, was the perfect setting For Sarah and Tanner’s intimate wedding and reception.  The morning began with First Looks for both the bride’s father, and then Tanner.  The clouds threatened rain throughout the morning—and almost drenched the bride and her maids during the picture-taking for the wedding party—but miraculously cleared up for the outdoor wedding nuptials.  The wedding couple were blessed to have so many people who traveled from throughout the country to celebrate their special day.

Sarah and Tanner agreed that their two favorite parts of the day were “getting to see each other during the first look, and then the actual wedding when we said our vows.”  Sarah said that during the first look, “we were able to spend those precious moments focusing on each other without all the hustle and bustle around us.”  After months of preparation and planning, she said, “the vows were also our favorite because we were finally getting married!”

Sarah’s suggestions to future brides, now that she has experienced her own wedding:  "Each and every moment is special:  getting ready, the first looks, walking down the aisle, the vows, the cake cutting, the dancing…take a moment or two to just slow down and take it all in…you’ll be glad you did!"

It was my pleasure to capture these beautiful memories for Sarah, Tanner and their families that will last forever.  For more information about my Wedding Packages, please visit my Weddings page on my website, www.michellevalantinephotography.com.

Sarah and Tanner agreed that their two favorite parts of the day were “getting to see each other during the first look, and then the actual wedding when we said our vows.” Sarah said that during the first look, “we were able to spend those precious moments focusing on each other without all the hustle and bustle around us.” After months of preparation and planning, she said, “the vows were also our favorite because we were finally getting married!” Sarah’s suggestions to future brides, now that she has experienced her own wedding: "Each and every moment is special: getting ready, the first looks, walking down the aisle, the vows, the cake cutting, the dancing…take a moment or two to just slow down and take it all in…you’ll be glad you did!" It was my pleasure to capture these beautiful memories for Sarah, Tanner and their families that will last forever. The SpringsEvent Venue in Edmond, OK, with its rustic and elegant accommodations, was the perfect setting For Sarah and Tanner’s intimate wedding and reception. The morning began with First Looks for both the bride’s father, and then Tanner. The SpringsEvent Venue in Edmond, OK, with its rustic and elegant accommodations, was the perfect setting For Sarah and Tanner’s intimate wedding and reception. The morning began with First Looks for both the bride’s father, and then Tanner. The SpringsEvent Venue in Edmond, OK, with its rustic and elegant accommodations, was the perfect setting For Sarah and Tanner’s intimate wedding and reception. The morning began with First Looks for both the bride’s father, and then Tanner. The SpringsEvent Venue in Edmond, OK, with its rustic and elegant accommodations, was the perfect setting For Sarah and Tanner’s intimate wedding and reception. The morning began with First Looks for both the bride’s father, and then Tanner.
